Our History

The CSM Bakery Solutions’ history includes a deep artisanal baking heritage dating back to 1857. We strive to preserve and balance those values with the realities of consumer shifts toward convenience and out-of-home consumption in a way that is commercially sustainable to our customers. Today, we operate more like a start-up, focused on partnering with customers to develop innovative solutions, capitalizing on opportunities that help grow their bakery businesses.
