Cheryl and her team manage the global product portfolio of bakery ingredients. Responsible for margin optimization activities, Cheryl’s team manages product lifecycle and new product development, innovation and strategic pricing.
Previously, Cheryl has served CSM as Vice President of Marketing and Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Bakery Products North America division.
Cheryl came to CSM in 2008 from Arby’s as Chief Marketing Officer for Arby’s Restaurant Group, with responsibility for marketing strategy development, media and advertising, product development, promotions, agency management and field marketing. Prior to her time at Arby’s, Cheryl was part of the Russell Corporation where she held various leadership roles including President of the Mass Retail Division, Vice President of Marketing for Artwear Division and led the Women’s Outdoor Division.
At Pepsi-Cola, Cheryl was responsible for strategic planning and new business acquisition as a Division Vice President for Fountain Beverage and led 1800 employees in nine bottling operations as the General Manager of Pepi’s Heartland division.
Cheryl received her MBA from the Colgate Darden Graduate School at the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
