Luke MarbleVP, Global Rewards and HR Policy
Luke and his team are responsible for CSM’s global rewards policies as well as the best in class compensation design for the entire organization.
Luke joined CSM in 2014 from Royal Philips where he was the Global Rewards Leader for Philips Healthcare and Royal Philips. Luke’s career includes more than 15 years of rewards experience, having previously led the global function with Agility Logistics, a $7B multinational organization with operations in 165 countries.
Luke started his international rewards career at Coca-Cola where he was the leader for global remuneration. He began his career in retail working for fortune 100 companies – Best Buy and Home Depot.
Luke holds a bachelor degree in Industrial and Organization Psychology as well as Economic from Winona State University and a Master in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.
