Winning for CSM is a Piece of Cake
CSM Bakery Solutions won first place at the Innovation and Marketing (INNOMA) booth at the IGEHO conference for Windeuteltorte puff cakes, a cake novelty that creates a new standard of indulgence and convenience. IGEHO is the international trade fair for the hospitality sector that occurs every two years, showcasing innovative concepts for the hotel, restaurant, take-away and care sectors. IGEHO 2015 hosted over 700 exhibitors from 12 countries.
INNOMA, a marketing and advertising consulting company in the hospitality industry, participated in IGEHO for the first time at the 2015 show. Their booth brought awareness to the latest industry trends and developments, spotlighting innovative concepts from ten renowned companies. Conference attendees studied, tasted and submitted votes for the concepts. At the end of the fair, CSM received first place for pioneering convenient, indulgent products for coffee shops and cafeterias in pre-cut slices of delicious puff cakes.
