Marguerite Celebrates 100 Years of Pastry Expertise at SIRHA


2019 is an exciting year for CSM in France as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of our iconic pastry ingredients brand, Marguerite.  To kick off the celebrations, a new Marguerite croquant will be launched at SIRHA 2019. Join us along with creative bakers from around the world at the Back Europ France Booth G58 – Hall 4 to taste it for yourself.

The latest addition to the Marguerite range, croquant tentation passion is a deliciously modern combination of passion fruit and white chocolate enhanced by a touch of coconut. Demonstrating our genius for fine pastry is still as strong as ever. The unique crispness that is synonymous with Marguerite croquants is complemented beautifully by the freshness and acidity of the passion fruit, and the sweetness of the coconut.
