Sebastian Siethoff and his team are responsible for helping lead CSM's front end business strategy including innovation, market intelligence, strategic planning and partnerships, transformation and sustainability.
Sebastian joined CSM from Mars Inc. in 2014 as global vice president, Category Management, Bakery Products, leading all frozen bakery product categories, licensing initiatives, and the company's market insights team.
In his last role at Mars, Sebastian acted as global growth center lead in strategic foodservice business development as a member of the Wrigley Sales Leadership Team. Prior to that he was global marketing director at McDonald’s, where he led a number of iconic global marketing campaigns and initiatives such as the global property activation of the 2008 Beijing Olympics and James Cameron’s Avatar in 2009. Between 1998 and 2008, Sebastian served in various brand marketing and innovation roles at Wrigley, Unilever and Johnson & Johnson.
Sebastian holds an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
