Roeland and his team are responsible for the HR activities in Europe and CSM’s international operations and he is also a member of the global HR and European Management Team.

Roeland joined CSM in 2001 and has held multiple HR positions at divisional and business unit levels next to specific partnership regarding almost all functions at CSM.

Roeland is a seasoned HR professional with 20+ years’ experience driving financial results and business strategy through understanding various business models and change management regarding structure, process, people and organizational capabilities.
